Shipping order policies

To ensure fast, safe delivery of your products in good condition, we ship orders through reputable courier agencies across India. If you receive a damaged package or product, please refuse delivery. It is your responsibility to promptly inform us of any issues by providing your order details through our communication channels. We will then make every effort to quickly replace the item.

All items (including gifts) will be delivered with an invoice listing the cost to comply with Indian tax laws.

Delivery and shipping timing

The delivery time depends on product availability and when you place your order. We ship 98% of purchases either the same day or within 24 hours of ordering. Our goal is to ship your order the day you purchase. We only ship Monday through Saturday, excluding public and government holidays. Orders placed Sunday are processed Monday. Delivery throughout India typically takes 4-10 days, though exact times vary by carrier. For timely delivery, please order well in advance.

Replacement Policy

To protect customers from damaged shipments, missing parts, or incorrect items, we offer a 7-day window from delivery to report issues and request a replacement. Please notify us through our communication channels and send photos of any damaged products or packaging. Our team will visually inspect and verify the information before issuing a replacement order. Upon receiving the product, our experts will review the issue and ship a replacement at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund instead. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report any defects, damage, or discrepancies through our channels and provide evidence within 7 days of delivery. We cannot honor claims beyond this timeframe or for items subjected to abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or static discharge.
